About the Project

The Geraldton Project is a not-for-profit community strengthening organisation. We are part of the North Midlands Project which was incorporated in 2015 to enhance the quality of life, health and well-being of people living in regional Western Australia through culture, arts, heritage and education.

Mission Statement
The Geraldton Project prides itself on its innovative culture and continual improvement by challenging the status-quo. We deliver purpose-driven cultural, arts, heritage and education programs for communities in Walkaway, Greenough and Geraldton.

We foster inclusiveness, participation and cohesion to drive positive social change.

Creative, vibrant and sustainable regional communities.

We believe providing access to purpose driven, innovative arts, culture, heritage and education programs empowers individuals and assists in developing creative, vibrant and sustainable communities.

As a team we bring creativity, integrity and a genuine passion of the arts, culture, heritage and education to engage and collaborate with the community. We value:

Access - We embrace and encourage diverse ideas that are inclusive of all community groups and individuals.

Collaboration - We are strong believers in and are committed to working with artists, local organisations, government and the community. Together we are stronger.

Creativity - We pride ourselves on being an enthusiastic, engaging organisation that fosters expression, innovation and imagination.

Professionalism - We operate our organisation with the highest level of integrity, excellence and respect.
